To maintain credibility and always achieve consumer satisfaction, the exchange or return of products purchased at Yep Health is guaranteed upon presentation of a tax coupon within 7 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the order. The values of the products returned and the freight will be fully refunded provided that there has not been a breach of the product, as established by the Code of Consumer Protection.
General considerations

Product returned without this communication, out of date or with absence of accompanying items / accessories, will be returned to the customer by the company.
Upon receiving your request we suggest that you check that all products have been delivered in their original packaging, properly sealed and as requested. We recommend that you refuse to receive any order in case of open or defective packaging, broken product (crumpled, broken, torn, scratched).
If any of the following occurs, refuse to receive the product:
- Product in disagreement with the request;
- Lack of accessories.

Repayment for Repentance / Withdrawal
To return a product for repentance, the following conditions must be observed:
- The deadline to withdraw the purchase of the product is up to seven calendar days from the date of receipt.
- The product must be shipped in the original packaging, without any indication of use, without violation of the manufacturer's original seal, accompanied by invoice, manual and all its accessories.
Defective product
The exchange request must be communicated to our Customer Service Center within seven calendar days from the date of receipt.
If the product purchased from our store is defective after seven days from the date of receipt, but within the manufacturer's warranty period, you must contact the manufacturer to report the occurrence and obtain clarification or contact one of the Technical Assistance accredited by the manufacturer, indicated in the manual.

Products must be returned, preferably in its original packaging. It is essential that the manufacturer's original sealing is intact and that the goods have a tax invoice, manual and all accessories. All products are analyzed. They will be returned to the customer whenever no defect is found, or if one of the conditions described in the previous topic has been breached. The contractual warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer and its term and form of use are contained in the Warranty Term that accompanies the product.
