After payment of the order has been registered, the process of separation and packing for shipment to the carrier begins, which may last up to 72h.
The delivery period will only begin after delivery of the request to the carrier.

Yep Health uses the fast delivery service via SEDEX of Correios and Gollog, which guarantees speed, security and efficiency in the delivery of orders.

For the correct delivery of the order is necessary to have someone at the place of delivery to sign the receipt of the same.
All deliveries are made on business days and business hours.
In some cities, there are also post offices on Saturdays.
In case of non-receipt of the request due to the absence of the recipient, two further attempts will be made by the Post Office. Subsequently, the request is returned to the call center.
In the event of an error in the address, or incomplete information, the order will only be returned by payment of a new freight.
If the purchase withdrawal occurs due to these problems, the chargeback will be made only of the values in products, thus being properly charged the freight used.

- The delivery can be made to third parties, as relatives and porters, as long as they are authorized by the buyer and bearing CPF by signing;
- Our carriers are not allowed to open packages or deliver by alternative means (ropes, windows, roof, etc.);
- Refuse the product at the time of delivery in case of malfunctions, or in situations where the packaging is not in proper condition, by completing the form that is attached to your invoice;
Yep Health will not accept exchange or return requests for non-compliance with the above rules.
